We are pleased to announce that Masaki Takahashi has assumed the position of President and Executive Officer effective April 1, 2026.
Masaki Takahashi is scheduled to assume the position of Representative Director, President, and Executive Officer following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026 and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
Until then, the current Representative Director, Laurent Poidevin, will continue to hold representative authority, while Masaki Takahashi will assume responsibility for the execution of management as President and Executive Officer.
Furthermore, following the same Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Laurent Poidevin is scheduled to assume the position of Director (Non-Executive) of the Company.
Message on Assuming the Position of President
I have now assumed the position of President and Executive Officer, succeeding Laurent Poidevin.
Although my abilities are limited, I am determined to redouble my efforts for the further development of the company, and
